What transparency means to Journey Homes?

You know where your money goes and the costs that go into your home, that you understand budget vs build fees, that at completion you feel that your money was spent right. Building a new home should not be painful and should be the most exciting time of your life, no hidden fees, easy communication.

What is the builder fee on you home building specification sheet?

At Journey Homes we strive to share with our clients to ensure they understand budget vs actual budget. Our builder fee is straight forward, it is the fee in which we charge for our services for the entire build. As our client it is only fair that you know what we make before taxes and what you have to spend on your new home. Many builders push this fee into the home price hiding what they make, and this allows them to use sometimes lessor materials to ensure they make their fee plus some. At Journey Homes real budgets are explored and our fee is right there for you to see which allows you to understand total budget vs actual budget. This allows you to have more for you budget while achieving the home you want without compromise.

What happens if there is left over in our budget?
This is the brilliance of working with Journey Homes, we share with you what we make so when there is extra in the budget it is totally up to you to decide where that money goes. Do you save it or put it towards areas in your home? Journey Homes pricing, transparent draws, and up-front pricing. Allows you really take control of your build. Partnering with Journey homes is the honest way to build your home.  
Does Journey Homes have plans available and lots?

At Journey Homes we have access to architects and drafters if a custom plan is wanted and we partner to help ensure your plans make sense and work for your budget. We also have access to over 100 plans that are designed and ready for engineering.
At Journey Homes we will build on your lot or help you find a lot of your dreams. Our partners in the markets we build team up with us to ensure our clients are at ease when finding a lot, they like. We occasionally have lots as well that we build homes on and make those accessible to our clients as well. No matter what you needs are Journey Homes has the solution to help you begin your home building process.
