What transparency means to Journey Homes?
Journey Homes believes that each client should know what their home costs and where the funds where spent. Journey Homes breaks the budget down so that each line item is attached to a budgetary number and cost center. We pride ourselves in the fact that we share with our clients how much we will make on each build, this allows the client to see the true budget before we even break ground. Transparency is a pillar of our business and allows us to build our clients the home they want with little to no change’s orders during the build process.
What do we do that is different from other builders?
Journey Homes thinks for the long term when it comes to the homes we build for our clients and ourselves. We look at the big picture and build homes that are built to stand the test of time. Our homes are smart, efficient, and use the best building practices the industry has. We pride ourselves in building different utilizing products most builders shy away from to save on costs. We strive to be different and just because others build one way doesn’t mean it’s the best way, technology has changed the way builders build homes and we have embraced that movement. Be different build with Journey Homes.
How do we build our homes different?
Journey Homes embraces the movement within the building industry to build better and smarter. At Journey Homes we believe in delivering homes that will be more efficient, smarter, and will outlast your neighbor’s home. The industry is evolving, and Journey Homes is embracing the changes and we believe in educating ourselves to be better than the rest.
